XOXO is revolutionising the soft drinks space with its innovative and delicious better-for-you prebiotic sodas. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Germany and help drive our growth in diverse European markets. Our head office is located in London.
Tasks
- Logistics: Coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Enquire transport costs across Europe, book transports, and manage all related paperwork.
- Stock control: Monitor stock levels in various warehouses around Europe, prevent stockouts by managing stock against forecasts, applying FEFO principles (batch management and BBE dates). Perform stock reconciliation at month-end across all warehouses.
- Administration: Maintain and update master data, correct errors, set up new suppliers, customers, items, BOMs, etc., create invoices for European customers, and support EDI implementation.
- Data analysis: Analyze data, identify risks, and generate reports for upper management as needed.
- Supply Chain Planning: Develop supply chain plans to support NPDs and ensure smooth operations, adapting to legislative changes (languages, deposit schemes) with ad-hoc solutions respecting lead times.
- Contract-Packing: Collaborate with co-packers to develop packaging for promotions, ensuring correct lead times, packaging specifications, and palletisation for different markets.
- Project Management: Manage your time using project management tools or Gantt charts, especially for co-packing activities.
- Procurement: Oversee the purchasing and delivery of goods/services, issue RFQs, compare pricing, and select the best options.
- Training & Tools: Receive support from your line manager initially; training will be provided for tools like Unleashed, Asana, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office, promoting a paperless environment.
- Travel: Occasional travel to packaging providers, co-packers, and manufacturers in Germany and Austria, with expenses covered.
