Supply Chain Coordinator

XOXO is revolutionising the soft drinks space with its innovative and delicious better-for-you prebiotic sodas. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Germany and help drive our growth in diverse European markets.Our head office is located in London.

• Logistics: Coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Enquire transport costs all over Europe, book transports and administrate all the paperwork with it.


• Stock control: Keep an eye on stock in different warehouses around Europe and avoid stock outs by managing stock against forecast. FEFO (batch management and BBE dates) principles needs to be applied. Stock reconciliation at month end for all our warehouses.


• Administration: Keep the master data up to date and clean errors when they occur. A keen eye on detail is absolutely necessary for this job.Setup new suppliers, customers, items, BOMs, etc. Create invoices for all customers in Europe. Support with EDI implementation.


• Data analysis: Analyse data, highlight risks and create reports for the upper management where necessary.


• Supply Chain Planning: Developing supply chain plans to support NPDs and ensuring smooth operations. Due to various changes in legislations (languages, deposit schemes) you need to find ad-hoc solutions in accordance with lead times.


• Contract-Packing: Develop packaging for upcoming promotions together with our co-packers. Get lead times, packaging specs, palletisation right for different markets.


• Project Management: Manage your own time by using project management tools or gantt charts. This will be necessary for all Co-Packing activity


• Procurement: Managing the buying and delivery process of goods or services, including placing and delivering purchase orders for co-packing campaigns.Send out RFQ, compare the pricing models and decide which one is the best for our needs.


• Training & Tools: Your line manager will support you in all projects at the start until you can manage the projects yourself. As tools we use Unleashed, Asana, Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications. Everything we use should give us the opportunity to be a paperless business. Training will be given to every tool listed where necessary.


• Travel requirements: You need to travel now and then to packaging providers, co-packers, manufacturers mainly in Germany and Austria. Expenses will be covered.

• Fluent in German and English


• Attention to detail


• Demonstrate understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain


• Proficient in Excel


• Organised, problem solving, computer literate, confident communicator, detail focused, excellent time management, change management


• Keen eye on detail (material specs, material dimensions, logistical requirements, batches) to avoid errors and inconsistencies along the Supply Chain


• Experience with ERP systems. We are using a cloud-based ERP system which needs workarounds now and then.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Able to analyse and manipulate data in Excel/google sheets

Desirable:

• 3 years experience in a similar role


• Co-packing experience


• Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar


• Experience using project management software like Asana or alike.

• Holiday: 25 days + German bank holidays


• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with a lunch break and the opportunity of at least 1 day a week remote working.
