INEOS Automotive is seeking a Risk Manager to refine and operationalize the supplier risk management framework across the organization. You will maintain a consolidated risk portfolio, identify emerging risks, and coordinate cross-functional risk assessments to keep leadership informed.
The role requires 5–8+ years in strategic procurement or risk management, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management. Remote work options are available within the organization.

Your role: The Risk Manager is responsible for refining, operationalizing, and actively driving an existing supplier risk management framework across the organization. The role ensures a holistic and transparent view of risks by maintaining a consolidated risk portfolio, proactively identifying emerging risk trends, and coordinating cross functional risk assessments. A strong proactive mindset is essential to anticipate and mitigate risks early, complemented by solid reactive troubleshooting capabilities to manage, analyze, and resolve critical risk situations as they arise.
