The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) oversees facilities, MRO, and fleet in the EMEA Region.

The SRM will handle significant procurement projects, working closely with all business units. Responsibilities include managing the central fleet across European countries (Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands), supporting local purchasing teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

This role reports to the Sr. Commodity Manager for Indirect Sourcing and is based onsite in Bad Kreuznach, Germany.

In this role, you will:

1. Focus on KPIs and cost-saving initiatives, stay updated on industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and risk mitigation.
2. Implement indirect procurement strategies, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance.
3. Handle legal interactions, including NDAs and contractual negotiations.
4. Manage supplier relationships, conduct assessments, and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance, and negotiate contracts.
6. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
7. Have 5+ years' experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management.
8. Have 3+ years' experience in indirect sourcing, especially facilities or fleet management.
9. Proven ability to negotiate contracts, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.

• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.

Travel and physical requirements:

• Willing to travel 25% regionally and internationally.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Preferred additional experience:

• Building and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Ability to adapt, think critically, and solve problems under pressure.
• Experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing.
