The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) manages facilities, MRO, and fleet in the EMEA Region.

The SRM will oversee significant procurement projects, work closely with all business units, and manage the central fleet across Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands. The role supports local purchasing teams and site managers, ensuring policies on compliance, supplier engagement, assessment, and development are followed.

This role reports to the Sr. Commodity Manager for Indirect Sourcing, is part of the Global Integrated Supply Team, based in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, and is on-site.

In this role, you will:

• Focus on KPIs and cost savings, stay updated on industry trends, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Implement indirect sourcing strategies, manage procurement, and ensure compliance.
• Handle legal interactions like NDAs and legal negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct assessments, and maintain strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and manage administration.
• Require a Bachelor's Degree in procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
• Have 5+ years' experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Have 3+ years' experience in indirect sourcing, especially facilities or fleet management.
• Proven contract negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier performance improvement skills.

Fluent English and German, with excellent communication skills.

Travel & Physical Requirements:

• Willing to travel 25% regionally and internationally.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Building and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Adapting, critical thinking, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
