• Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of quality management systems, logistics, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with destructive and non-destructive testing, certifications preferred
• Knowledge of materials technology, welding, and coating technologies
• Experience in supplier management, expediting, and acceptance procedures
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 90%) and fluent German and English skills
