Job description
Tasks
- Management of an international supplier portfolio in the field of avionics (civil and military, transnational)
- Conducting supplier audits for selection, qualification and monitoring in accordance with EN9100 and ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) / On-Time Quality (OTQ) targets
- Monitoring and reporting to internal stakeholders in the event of quality or performance-related deviations
- Improving supplier performance (OTD, OTQ, TAT (turnaround time)) by using tools such as IPCA, SQIP or CCP
- Management of transfer-of-work (ToW) processes at suppliers to ensure smooth handovers
- Cost optimization along the supply chain, e.g. by reducing inventories, missing parts and cost of non-quality
- Analyzing quality complaints and implementing preventive and corrective measures - in particular via the NCM tool
- Management of and participation in harmonization projects for the standardization of SCQM processes across suppliers, products and locations
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree program
- Several years of professional experience in quality management and project management as well as initial experience in project management and ideally in supply chain management
- Sound SAP knowledge, especially in modules such as CSAAM and NCM
- Business fluent German and English (at least C1)
- Auditor qualification according to EN9100 an advantage
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Strong team player with a solution-oriented, proactive and structured way of working
