Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement / Lieferantenqualität, idealerweise in der Spritzguss- und Automobilindustrie.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D Bericht, SPC)
• Sichere Anwendung der Messtechnik und Analysemethoden.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung von Spritzgießteilen bei externen Lieferanten.
• Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Evaluierung von Produktionsprozessen.
• Implementierung von Lean- und Six-Sigma-Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung.

• Responsibility for quality assurance of injection molded parts at external suppliers

Checking tools and processes to ensure product quality

• Introduction and monitoring of quality measures to reduce rejects
• Carrying out supplier audits and evaluating production processes

Analysis of production processes and identification of optimization potentials

• Implementation of corrective action plans for the sustainable improvement of supplier performance
• Development and implementation of measures for continuous quality improvement

Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methods for process optimization

• Training and support for suppliers with regard to quality issues
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA requirements

Ensuring documentation and conformity with standard specifications

• Support with certification processes and audit
• Root cause analysis and problem solving for quality deviations using 8D reports, FMEA and other QM tools

Application of Ishikawa diagrams and 5-Why analyses for the cause of errors

• Escalation management for recurring quality problems
• Close cooperation with internal departments (purchasing, development, production) and with suppliers to optimize production processes

Technical support for supplier selection and qualification of new suppliers

• Support with value analysis workshops for cost optimization
• Creation of reports and documentation for supplier management

Monitoring of KPIs to evaluate supplier performance

• Reporting to the management with recommendations for action
• Support in the sampling and release of components according to PPAP / EMPB methodology

Creation and review of initial sample test reports (EMPB)

• Coordination with the development department for final approval

Your profil :

• Education : Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, plastics technology, production technology or comparable
• Skills and experience

Several years of professional experience in quality management / supplier quality, ideally in the injection molding and automotive industry

• Sound knowledge of quality methods (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D report, SPC)
• Experience with relevant norms and standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001)
• Safe application of measurement technology and analysis methods
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel for supplier audits and international cooperation
• Confident handling of MS Office and quality management software
