Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of (new) supplier companies and processes, and prepare audit reports.
- Verify mass production stage parts through measurement and visual inspection.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards within the company's Integrated Management System, including quality, environment, work safety, and energy management.
- Supervise inspection and handle complaints related to delivered parts.
- Publish parts/inspection reports concerning problematic mass production parts, new or alternative suppliers, cost reductions, localization, process changes, new molds, projects, revisions, and regulations.
- Maintain the quality of products delivered from suppliers and ensure sustainability of this quality.
- Apply technical procedures (e.g., 7 QC tools) during problem analysis to ensure quality.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments such as PUR & Production Planning.
- Verify parts as part of customer complaints via measurement and visual inspection.
- Delegate tasks within the team to Incoming Parts Quality Inspectors.
- Create control plans for suppliers and perform required audits, preparing reports.
- Follow up on agreed improvement actions with suppliers.
- Validate countermeasures documented in 8D reports and assist suppliers in anticipating actions for new projects.
- Resolve supplier complaints and provide feedback on consumer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in English and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D reports).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient in MS Office (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Understanding of Lean philosophy and continuous improvement.
- Ability to think logically and make decisions effectively.
- Qualified ISO auditor.
