Jobbeschreibung

Responsibility

To plan and manage overall activities, processes, and human resources so that our Supplier Quality Assurance Team will be accountable for:

1. Appropriate planning and follow-up of development milestones and schedules per APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) procedure for all components used in new development models, based on risk assessment, in collaboration with PDT (Product Development Team) members and suppliers for a clean launch.
2. Successful and timely pre-qualification of suppliers, especially for complex commodities such as high-precision plastic molded parts and die-cast parts.
3. Confirmation of supplier readiness for a clean launch and successful handover until serial production concerning parts quality.
4. For high-risk parts, review and verification of design and production processes in advance.
5. Active participation in regular supplier performance evaluation, determination, and follow-up of appropriate corrective actions for successful closure.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or similar.
• Years of engineering, quality assurance, and/or purchasing experience in the automotive industry.
• APQP expertise, confident knowledge of VDA and qualification as a VDA process auditor.
• Ability to understand technical content, development risks, and countermeasures to plan reasonable milestones for a successful launch.
• Ability to collaborate and lead activities with related functions.
• Supplier relationship management skills and ability to support customer communication.
• Strong hands-on leadership skills and ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain written procedures.
• Willingness to travel.
