Responsibilities

• Owns repair activities for the internal FS organization across all products provided by our CMs.
• Leads supplier negotiations and contracting for repair.
• Reviews regularly and mitigates low performance in time, cost, and quality.
• Leads repair-related performance evaluation and supplier development task forces / project management, including all internal and external stakeholder management.
• Operational procurement tasks such as tracking purchase orders, buy/sell activities, invoice and payment tracking.

Qualifications

• Master's / Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Supply chain and supplier management skills, EMS / assembly services knowledge.
• Negotiation skills, able to drive win-win solutions.
• Operational procurement experience.
• Superior communication skills across hierarchy levels, fluent in English and German (verbal & written).
• Data analysis skills (MS Office), with the ability to improve/optimize reporting and dashboards.
