Job Summary

In this role, the position holder is responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the external finished goods warehouse in Aachen. They share responsibility for adhering to specified performance indicators and ensuring inventory counts are conducted on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of assigned employees
2. Implementation of warehouse movements and bookings in SAP
3. Conducting inventory checks
4. Warehouse movements with industrial trucks
5. Signing of goods receipt documents and addressing discrepancies during inventory counts
6. Conducting health discussions
7. Determining work areas and competencies within the subordinate area

Education

1. Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist

Work Experience

1. Several years of professional experience (at least 10 years) in warehouse logistics
2. Experience in managing employees

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP (Module MM/SD)
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written form is desirable
3. License for industrial trucks and a driver's license class B
4. Strong sense of leadership and personnel management tasks
5. Assertiveness and a high level of reliability
6. Teamwork and flexibility
