Supervisor / Teamlead Logistic (f/m/d)

To support our warehouse teams, we are searching for a Supervisor / Teamlead Logistic (f/m/d) based at our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of a returns team
• Ensuring smooth logistics processes, coordination, and monitoring
• Participation in logistics projects and process optimization
• Managing daily operations in line with KPIs and service levels
• Organizing onboarding and training for employees
• Supporting the Division Manager, conducting meetings and feedback sessions
• Maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality

Qualifications:

• Completed education, preferably in logistics, trade, or a related field
• Experience in employee management is advantageous
• Proficiency in German and English
• Assertiveness, communication, and diplomatic skills
• Independent working style with high responsibility and organizational skills
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience with ERP systems
• Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays
