To support our warehouse teams, we are searching for a Supervisor / Teamlead Logistic (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).

What You Will Do
  1. Technical leadership responsibility of a returns team
  2. Ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes as well as their coordination and monitoring
  3. Active participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows
  4. Ensuring day-to-day business in compliance with defined KPI's and service levels
  5. Organization of employee onboardings and continuous monitoring of the training status
  6. General support of the Division Manager as well as conducting shift meetings, team meetings, and feedback sessions
  7. Responsibility for the workplaces (safety, cleanliness, functioning of work equipment, and orderliness)
Who You Are
  1. Completed education, preferably in the field of logistics, trade, or comparable desirable
  2. Two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage
  3. Good knowledge of German and English
  4. Assertiveness, communication skills, and diplomatic skills
  5. Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
  6. Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience working with ERP systems
  7. Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
