Qualifikationen

Supervisor / Teamlead Logistic (f / m / d)

To support our warehouse teams, we are seeking a Supervisor / Teamlead Logistic (f / m / d) based in our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

1. Provide technical leadership for a returns team.
2. Ensure smooth logistics processes, coordinate and monitor operations.
3. Participate in logistics projects and continuously optimize workflows.
4. Manage daily business in line with KPIs and service levels.
5. Organize employee onboarding and monitor training progress.
6. Support the Division Manager, conduct shift and team meetings, and provide feedback.
7. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment.

WHO YOU ARE :

1. Completed education, preferably in logistics, trade, or a related field.
2. Two years of experience in employee management is advantageous.
3. Proficient in German and English.
4. Assertive, communicative, and diplomatic.
5. Independent worker with a high sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
6. Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience with ERP systems.
7. Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays.
