Zusammenfassung

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Supervisor of EDI Onboarding to lead a team of about 15 direct reports processing member transactions to ensure proper administration of employee benefits. You will coach and develop talent while partnering with EDI leadership to meet goals.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data privacy, and cross-functional collaboration. It includes a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the Lincoln office and a work-from-home option.

  • Ensuring workloads are appropriately balanced among team members and within established turnaround times.
  • Partnering with EDI Leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Building organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI.
  • Serving as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Maintaining knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assessing the impact, and collaborating with EDI Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Managing and enhancing organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Establishing and implementing individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
  • Providing training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and giving honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
  • Managing and evaluating individual/team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
  • Serving as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Ensuring that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards.
  • Ensuring that top talent is hired and retained.

The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Supervisor of EDI Onboarding to join our Group Protection Operations Team supporting EDI Onboarding and Processing!

As the Supervisor of EDI Onboarding, you will provide leadership, coaching and development to your team of approximately 15 direct reports who process member transactions that ensure proper administration of employee benefits. You will be responsible for oversight of and creating an environment that supports the customer-centric strategy, vision, and priorities of the organization. What we're looking for
Must haves:
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to have:
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
  • Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems, and the team.

The pay range for this position is $55,700 - $100,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
