Director, EDI Management – API Integrations

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to oversee eligibility management and complex EDI/API workflows. You will drive change, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize employee transactions and service levels.

Deep expertise in EDI transactions (834, 820, 835, 837) and REST/JSON APIs, with a track record of delivering high-quality results across multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ Years of experience in Eligibility Management and/or employee transaction processes including significant experience with EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange
• 3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
• Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
• Demonstrate strong project management leadership skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Deep expertise in: EDI transactions (834, 820, 835, 837)
• API frameworks (REST, JSON)
• Experience partnering with Employers Brokers/consultants
• Payroll vendors

Aufgaben

• Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments to assess impact and collaborate with management.
• Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by influencing change management and department initiatives.
• Identify and direct implementation of process improvements to reduce workloads or improve quality.
• Provide subject matter expertise to team members and stakeholders on complex assignments.
• Establish and implement priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure group results.
• Direct and provide leadership to continually improve capability and results.
• Direct all EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange processing and administration ensuring service delivery is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with Leadership on development of service levels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key service differentiators between Lincoln and competitors.
• Perform root cause analysis of escalated issues to prevent future concerns.
• Provide EDI, API and EFX SME guidance to team members on escalated inquiries.
• Review and resolve complex EDI, API and EFX escalated issues and concerns.

• Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
• Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across the department
• Provide subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects

• Direct all EDI, API and Electric File Exchange processing and administration ensuring the service delivery is accurate, timely and meets all internal service levels

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate and ensure an understanding of the key service differentiators between Lincoln and its competitors
• Perform root cause analysis of escalated issues to proactively prevent issues/concerns going forward
• Provide EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange subject matter expertise and guidance to team members on complex escalated inquiries and/or concerns
• Review and resolve complex EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange escalated issues and concerns

Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 7+ Years of experience in Eligibility Management and/or employee transaction processes including significant experience with EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange
• 3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
