Zusammenfassung

Tesla Germany is seeking an Asset Technician Semi Service Supervisor to lead a skilled service-center floor team, delivering exceptional vehicle service and operational efficiency. You will coach technicians, drive ongoing process improvements, and ensure high safety and quality standards across the shop.

Typical responsibilities include supervising daily activities, collaborating with the service manager to set targets, maintaining records, and coordinating training with the Training Team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Leadership experience in a service-focused environment; automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.
• Foundational computer skills with Microsoft Office.

What You’ll Do

• Provide effective supervision and coaching to technical employees, ensuring the achievement of required quality and service output goals
• Act as the process leader for shop activities by systematically improving work standards with input from service technicians and the service center team
• Managesmooth workflow through the service center and maintain shop records and inventories
• Collaborate with the Semi Service Manager and key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed, and cost aligned with customer and business needs
• Ensure current and accurate work standards and engineering procedures, maintaining compliance for maximum quality
• Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations and the service center's safety program
• Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional growth while monitoring and coordinating training needs in partnership with Training Team

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred; automotive experience is required
• Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities,establish and achieve goals, and meet deadlines
• Ability to lead group root-cause problem-solving activities andrapidly develop countermeasures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively interact with customers as required
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekendovertime
• Foundational computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office required
