Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager to lead service activities in support of the Tesla Semi program. This role is responsible for ensuring the local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. The ideal candidate will constantly identify opportunities to increase product value, make the business more efficient and enhance the customer experience for commercial fleets.

What You’ll Do
- Exceedcommercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry
- Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvementMentorteams on technical development and career growth
- Partner with Engineering, help develop and improve diagnostic systems
- Communicates business priorities, ensures clear expectations, and takes ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the teamaccountable
- Track and improve team KPIs
- Planresource and scheduling requirements within market for 24/7 coverage
- Expandstandard operating procedures for robust, scalable growth
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization
- Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
- Ability toestablish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all facets of the program to actively participate in the continuous design cycle
- Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industrypreferred
- Automotive experience isrequired
- Valid driver’s license requiredwith ability to obtain andmaintain a CDL
- Must be available totravel to Tesla and customer locations up to 25%. Must be available to cover any shift needed
