This role is responsible for ensuring the local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. What You’ll Bring

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization
• Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
• Ability toestablish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all facets of the program to actively participate in the continuous design cycle
• Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industrypreferred
• Automotive experience isrequired
• Valid driver’s license requiredwith ability to obtain andmaintain a CDL
• Must be available totravel to Tesla and customer locations up to 25%. Must be available to cover any shift needed
