Zusammenfassung

Carnival Maritime, part of Carnival Corporation, seeks a Hotel Refurbishment Project Manager to lead hotel refit projects across ships and dry-dock periods. You will coordinate with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers and manage timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple vessels.

You bring a marine engineering or interior design background, strong project management experience, and fluency in English. The role offers hybrid working with remote days and extensive collaboration across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in interior design, hotel refurbishment, or ship outfitting within maritime industry.
• Project management experience in ship construction/refurbishment/repair projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English skills, written and spoken.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee hotel refit projects and operational hotel improvements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and dry-dock periods.

• Provide technical expertise and operational support for hotel-related refurbishment and outfitting projects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare relevant reports and analyses.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Ship Operations, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Experience in interior design, hotel refurbishment, or ship outfitting projects within the maritime industry
• Project management experience in ship newbuilding, conversion, refurbishment, or repair projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
• Very good English skills, written and spoken
