Success Coach (OPS)

The Academic Success Coach team is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and assessment of services and programs aimed at empowering students towards success.

Responsibilities:

• Provides services and supports aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation via an early alert system.
• Provides tools, tips, and resources to empower students towards academic success.
• Assists students with creating schedules for completion of academic work.
• Meets with students to establish goals with periodic follow-up to ensure good academic progress.
• Works as a bridge between student success and other campus resources.
• Maintains regular contact with students and provides assistance.

MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree, strong computer and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
