THE ROLE

As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.


The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across busy shop floors. There will also be opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. You will support handling first-line customer inquiries via our online customer service system, with the remainder of your time spent with in-store customers.


You will work closely with your management team to support the store in reaching targets, selling collections, and maintaining an attractive store environment.


You will receive comprehensive training and product knowledge, and it will be up to you to make the most of it, learning and developing within a brand that offers career progression opportunities.


WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Spending most of your time on the shop floor, styling customers and providing an exceptional brand experience.
  • Maintaining the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product availability, and upholding floor standards.
  • Handling stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools to support customer journeys.
  • Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and calls, and making service decisions to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything, working as part of the AllSaints team.
  • Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to their needs.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards in staff areas.
  • Supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback for growth.
  • Spending 30-50% of your time on online customer service, sometimes from home.
  • Collaborating with customer experience team leaders for coaching and escalation of complex queries.

  • Knowledge of the brand, style, and values, supporting and influencing customers and colleagues.

  • Tech-savvy, familiar with digital tools and customer service systems.
  • Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches, passionate about AllSaints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills.
  • A love for fashion and being an ambassador for AllSaints.
ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our concession in Oberpollinger, Munich, has been open since 2013, trading from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (seasonal changes possible). The team is small and close-knit. Having recently received significant investment, Oberpollinger is now Munich's top luxury shopping destination. The store is about a five-minute walk from Munich Marienplatz station.
