A leading technology institute in Chemnitz is looking for a student to assist with FE modeling using ANSYS. The role involves generating models for chiplet configurations and programming automation in Python, while allowing you to gain practical experience and contribute to innovative research projects. Flexible working hours up to 20 hours a week.
The Micro Materials Center (MMC) focuses on the reliability of electronic components. The aim of the application-orientated research is to improve the reliability of electronic components through suitable experimental investigations and the use of numerical models, and furthermore, to carry out a prognosis of the remaining service life.
