Student assistant in system administration (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team in Dortmund and are looking for a student assistant in system administration starting August 1, 2025 (or later).

Your responsibilities include supporting our system administration team in maintaining the in-house IT infrastructure and some customer systems.

Your profile:

• You are studying computer science, ideally in your third or fourth semester.
• You have knowledge in areas such as:
• Operating systems: Linux, Windows
• Virtualisation: VMware, Docker
• Networks: LAN, VPN, mail, web, firewalling, DNS, system monitoring
• Databases: MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle
• Application software: MS-Office
• PC hardware

You are flexible and eager to learn new skills.

Our offer:

We provide challenging and diverse tasks with the opportunity to gain practical experience and possibly a permanent position after your studies. Working hours are between 10 and 20 hours per week, adaptable around your academic schedule, with more hours during semester breaks.
