Your Impact
As a student worker, you will be responsible for the service and administration of the workflow of the firm car department.
You will administer the workflow regarding the activation of service, the termination process with a firm car, and communication with our internal clients. Your work will help to reduce workload.
You will be based in Düsseldorf as part of our firm car team, handling general administration. This team helps colleagues use the mobility policy of the company.
Your qualifications and skills
- Should be a currently enrolled student
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
- Ability to create work product-focused materials/outputs
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and the local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
