Zusammenfassung

Cube Bikes sucht eine/n Werkstudent/in im Customer Support in Bayern mit ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche. Du bearbeitest Anfragen, dokumentierst Vorgänge und protokollierst Kommunikationsprozesse, um eine reibungslose Bearbeitung sicherzustellen.

Du bringst Servicementor und Teamgeist mit, hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.

Qualifikationen

• Du bist aktuell in einem Studium und suchst eine Praxis-/Werkstudentenstelle.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Service.
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen von Endkunden (1st Level Support).
• Dokumentation von Supportanfragen.
• Protokollierung von Kommunikationsprozessen.
• Überwachung offener Tickets bis zur finalen Lösung.

Weekly working hours approx. 20 hours.

• Processing support requests from end customers (1st level support)
• Documentation of support requests
• Logging of communication processes
• Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution
