PURPOSE & SCOPE :

Reporting to the Test and Validation Engineer, as a student for the Test and Validation Team, you will support the Engineering team in their daily tasks and take on responsibilities independently.

Must work in a safe and efficient manner, complying with Stackpole International’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as Quality Systems, Procedures, and Policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan and perform tests according to DVP&R standards
• Analyze data using MS Excel, Artemis Suite, MATLAB, and/or DIADEM
• Support the customer return process
• Conduct literature research on various topics
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Ensure all work is performed safely and completed properly

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

• Student of Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Team player, open-minded, curious about new technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Mechanical inclination
• Basic knowledge of the automotive environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Structured working approach
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and within a team
• Fluent in German
• Proficient in English
• Additional languages are advantageous
• Approximately 50% desk work, utilizing computer
• Approximately 50% hands-on work in the prototype workshop
