Position
The key objective is to support the Student Services team by fielding general student enquiries through various communication channels and providing general administrative assistance.

In this role, your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Being the first point of contact for our students.
  2. Supporting regular communication with students through various channels.
  3. Delivering excellent customer service by providing seamless administration and effective communication.
  4. Issuing official letters to students upon request.
  5. Answering emails promptly and professionally.
  6. Supporting students in their enrolment process on campus.
  7. Guiding students in their questions regarding the BSBI policies and procedures.
  8. Answering phone calls from students and providing assistance as needed.
  9. Performing other administrative duties as requested by the manager.

Your profile

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:

  1. Experience in front-line customer service.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  3. Proficiency in business correspondence with customers.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  5. Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Proven track record in the areas of student services, customer service, customer satisfaction, administration, higher educational management, and continuing education.
  2. Demonstrated ability to develop new approaches, solutions, and methods.
  3. Open and communicative, highly social and empathetic person.
  4. Creativity and critical thinking.
  5. You enjoy working in a team, showing initiative and introducing new ideas.
  6. You have a flexible mindset and ability to adapt to different responsibilities.
