Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Student for 2025 (m/f/x) - Business Administration | Controlling

• Start: September/October 2025 (Possibility for a three-month preliminary internship)
• Duration: 3 years

• Further development and learning in a young dynamic team
• Insights into the value-added chain and involvement in various areas of a textile trading company
• Dual training system with block phases alternating approximately every 3 months at university

Your Responsibilities:

• Get to know the corporate processes
• Support the various departments, such as purchasing, sales, accounting, and logistics with a focus on controlling
• Assist in various projects

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed school education (Abitur / Fachhochschulreife / Advanced technical college entrance qualification)
• Self-organised and independent
• Ability to organize work independently
• Flexible and a team player
• Good knowledge of English and mathematics
• Commercial knowledge desired (e.g. from school / internship / part-time job)
