Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Current openings:

Working Student Accounts Payable (start date: 01.12., Munich):

• Support account reconciliations
• Assist the Accounts Payable team by: Booking invoices, Supporting travel cost management, and many more
• Aid in month-end closing procedures
• Engage in project work focused on supporting the automation of processes

Your Learnings:

• Get creative and use your knowledge by analyzing financial problems and developing efficient solutions in a scaling SaaS company
• You will gain company-wide insights by supporting cross-departmental projects and working with different stakeholders

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Current or completed studies in business administration, Business information system, finance or a similar field.
• You have gained your first experiences (e.g., as an intern or working student) with data analytics or have applied your analytical skills in other fast-paced companies
• You are confident using Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
• English is required, as we are a European company
• You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• You showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
• You have on point communication and are able to present complex topics simply

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
