Panta Rhei GmbH is a Berlin-based management and IT consulting firm that helps large enterprises drive digital transformation and implement AI solutions. On behalf of our partner lab Egg AI, we are recruiting students to build a benchmark dataset for complex financial documents.

Egg AI is a team of top-tier AI engineers and transformation practitioners focused on taking generative and classic AI out of the lab and into enterprise-grade production with quality-controlled output. Our open-source “EggAI Meta-Framework” helps some of Germany’s largest finance organisations build safe, reliable AI solutions without vendor lock-in. egg-ai.com

Working field:

• Use Label Studio to highlight 13 key fields (Issuer, ISIN, Maturity Date, …)
• Tag 6 entity types (ORG, DATE, MONEY, PERCENT, etc.) throughout the text
• Mark interest-schedule & ISIN tables and evaluate 3 yes/no checkboxes
• Log edge cases; join a 30-min weekly QA call (mainly in English)
• One-day on-site onboarding at our Franklinstraße office, then remote on your own laptop
  (~10 h/week for 4–6 weeks, extendable)

Requirements:

• Enrolled at a German university (Finance, Economics, Business IT, Computational Linguistics or similar)
• C1 German + C1 English – documents switch languages mid-page
• Detail-oriented; comfortable with web tools & keyboard shortcuts
• Available from mid-May for ~30 total hours (project can roll into follow-ups)

What we offer:

• + €2 bonus per fully-annotated document when accuracy ≥ 90 %
• Freelance (Kleinunternehmer) preferred – simple invoice, no payroll admin
