As a Customer & Services Student (d/f/m), you will support us in providing our customers with the best possible product experience and service quality.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Working Student Professional/Payroll Services - German Speaking (Start, Munich):

  • Customer Projects: You will be responsible for your own customer projects and support your team members’ projects.
  • Technical Setups: You will set up payroll integrations in customer accounts.
  • Customer Support: You will introduce our customers to the usage of payroll integrations and handle customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge Management: You will adapt Confluence knowledge articles and presentations for the team.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

We seek interns and working students who communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and presenting solutions clearly.

Hard Skills:

  • You are a registered student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR, SaaS sales, customer service, or startups is preferred.
  • Proficiency in analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in German is essential; English is the company language.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Structured, analytical work approach and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Proactiveness, diligence, and a results-oriented mindset.

Salary:

  • Working students: 16€ (Bachelor) or 17€ (Masters) per hour for 20 hours/week.
  • Interns: 2,160€ per month for 40 hours/week.
