Zusammenfassung

ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification invites a student assistant to join the Academy & Events Team at the Cologne head office. You will support training courses and webinars, help with participant management and data storage, and assist with digitising content across designated platforms.

The role offers opportunities to lead small internal projects, research and update documents, and liaise with international participants. A hybrid setup and a Cologne-based team await.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student with 16–20 hours per week availability for at least one year.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1); German is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills; affinity for IT processes and platforms.

Your tasks

At ISCC we are a close team of highly motivated, supportive and committed young professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for at least one more student assistant to support our ISCC Academy & Events Team. If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.

• You will support the team in preparing our ISCC Academy training courses & webinars as well as ISCC Events
• You will assist with internal processes such as participant management, data storage, and documentation. You will give us a hand digitalising our training courses and webinars and integrate content to designated platforms
• You will take over own small projects within the team (internal events or other)
• You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations
• You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process
• You will help with general office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback

Your profile

• Enrolled student in the area of event management, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management or similar with an availability of 16–20 hours for at least one year (preferably longer)
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 both written and spoken). German and additional languages will be of advantage
• High proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook & Apple Mac Book
• Affinity to IT processes and platforms
• A high degree of initiative and proactive communication with your team and other colleagues
• A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude
• Excellent time management and self-organization
• An approachable and reliable team player
