Zusammenfassung

ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification in Cologne invites applications for a part-time Student Assistant to join the ISCC Academy & Events Team. You will support training courses and webinars, assist with participant management, data storage and documentation, and help digitalise content.

In this role you will work closely with our international participants and partners, manage registrations, and contribute to ongoing event and training projects while gaining hands-on

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student in event management, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management or similar with an availability of 16–20 hours for at least one year (preferably longer).
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 both written and spoken). German and additional languages will be of advantage.
• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook & Apple Mac Book.
• Affinity to IT processes and platforms.
• A high degree of initiative and proactive communication with your team and other colleagues.
• A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude.
• Excellent time management and self-organization.
• An approachable and reliable team player.

Aufgaben

• You will support the team in preparing our ISCC Academy training courses & webinars as well as ISCC Events.
• You will assist with internal processes such as participant management, data storage, and documentation. You will give us a hand digitalising our training courses and webinars and integrate content to designated platforms.
• You will take over own small projects within the team (internal events or other).
• You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations.
• You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process.
• You will help with general office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback.

Your tasks

At ISCC we are a close team of highly motivated, supportive and committed young professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for at least one more student assistant to support our ISCC Academy & Events Team. If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.
