Are you looking for more than just a student job? Would you like to gain first‑hand experience in international affairs, project management, and the operations of one of Germany’s leading independent think tanks? Do you enjoy working with numbers, have an analytical mindset, and want to take on real responsibility? Then we would love to hear from you.
At Aspen Institute Germany, we bring together leaders from politics, business, academia, media, and civil society to address the defining geopolitical and societal challenges of our time. As a Student Assistant, you will become an integral part of our Operations Team. You will support the financial management of our international programs while helping coordinate our Friends of Aspen membership network. Along the way, you will gain hands‑on experience in budgeting, grant administration, financial reporting, membership relations, and the day‑to‑day management of an internationally active think tank.

  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and are interested in contributing to the implementation of a new membership management system.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
