Zusammenfassung

ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification, with its head office in Cologne, seeks a Working Student for the Integrity Management Team. The role involves data collection, document review, research, and internal communications.

You will support the integrity programme and collaborate on regulatory alignment within a diverse team. Ideal candidates are enrolled students with 15–20 hours weekly, proficient in English, and comfortable with Excel and BPMN; German is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student with 15–20 hours per week for at least one year.
• Excellent English language skills (C1); German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BPMN and Atlassian tools is advantageous.
• Interest in sustainability, supply chains and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Data collection & entry from multiple sources into internal databases.
• Review and update documents and training materials, SOPs, and visual process diagrams (BPMN).
• Conduct research on best practices, regulatory developments, and benchmarking in integrity management.
• Prepare presentations, workshops, reports, diagrams, and internal communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Integrity team and maintain records.
• Participate in onboarding and internal trainings to understand ISCC requirements.

Your tasks

• Data collection & Entry: Assist in gathering data from multiple sources (e.g., certification bodies, producers, suppliers). Ensure accurate and timely entry of collected data into internal databases and ISCC systems;


• Reviewing & Documentation: Assist in reviewing and updating relevant documents and training materials (e.g., guidelines, external presentations, and internal procedures). Contribute to the continuous improvement of ISCC System Documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the use of standardized graphical notation (e.g., BPMN) for visualizing integrity processes


• Research: Conduct research on best practices, regulatory developments, and benchmarking in the field of integrity management. Provide insights to support strategic planning and the ongoing development of ISCC's Integrity Programme


• Communications: Assist in preparing presentations, workshops, reports, process diagrams and internal communications. Ensure content is well-structured, visually clear, and aligned with ISCC standards


• Administrative & Organizational tasks: provide general administrative support to the Integrity team, such as filing documents and reports, maintaining shared folders and records


• Learning & Development: take part in internal trainings or onboarding sessions to gain familiarity with ISCC's requirements and documents, integrity programme, and relevant regulatory frameworks

Your profile

• Enrolled student with an availability of 15-20 hours per week for at least one year, preferably in the area of environmental science, legal studies, political science, international relations, or business administration.


• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1), German skills would be of great advantage


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is an advantage


• Basic understanding of auditing or certification processes is an advantage


• Interest in production systems, supply chains, and sustainability topics


• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail


• Excellent time management, dependability, and self-organization


• A proactive and supportive attitude
