Student Assistant in the Project Management of our Programs for Professionals (m/f/d)

The TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning consolidates all offerings of TU Munich in personnel and talent development. Its goal is to unify all internal and external continuing education activities at the university and to develop new formats.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Strong affinity for technology (CRM systems) and seminar technology
  • Experience in research activities
  • Proficient in English and/or German (minimum C1)
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, independent
  • Enjoys working with diverse profiles and maintains a confident demeanor
  • Team player with a 'hands-on' attitude and high service orientation
  • Enrollment at a German university with availability for at least 6 months

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, supporting, and executing on-site seminar events (including catering, room setup/dismantling, material preparation, virtual event support as an eScout)
  • Assisting in sales activities (e.g., info sessions) and market research for new programs, including preparing informational materials
  • Managing prospects and applicants, and supporting audit performance management
  • Maintaining data in the web-based CRM system
