What you will do

Support with the systematic follow-up of trade fair contacts

Sending out marketing and customer-specific information material

Preparation of presentations and sales documents

Support with the organisation of hybrid customer meetings

Support in the preparation of quotations

Monitoring and preparing results for internal reports

Support in the qualification and maintenance of leads

What you bring to the table

You are a student at a German university in the field of business administration or a related degree programme

Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English

You can communicate very well

You have good experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

You work independently and have a talent for organisation

You are a team player and flexible in dealing with changing tasks and stakeholders

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.

We do not remunerate pure Master's theses.

The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
