ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification - Working Student Human Resources

ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is a leading system for sustainability traceability and greenhouse gas reduction. If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a diverse and motivated team, we invite you to join us as a Working Student in Human Resources at our Cologne headquarters.

In this role, you will support various HR functions, including:

1. HR administrative tasks such as creating employment certificates
2. Developing presentations on HR topics and drafting the monthly HR newsletter
3. Supporting employee lifecycle processes like recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
4. Maintaining data in our HR system, Personio
5. Assisting Office Management and Events Teams with administrative tasks such as post distribution, office supplies, inventory, and event preparation

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, social sciences, psychology, or a related field, with at least one year of availability and 15-20 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Service-oriented, proactive, and supportive attitude
• Approachable, reliable team player
• Previous practical experience in human resources is advantageous
