As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) Customer Service Specialist at our headquarters, you will:

• Provide dedicated and attentive support to our customers via phone and written communication, contributing to an outstanding shopping experience.
• Process returns and customer complaints carefully and independently find solutions within your area of responsibility.
• Use your strong customer service mindset and communication skills to attract customers to our loyalty program.
• Live our Heinemann culture, contribute both personally and professionally to your team, share your knowledge, and help drive our collective success.

What you should bring along

Enrolled at a university for at least one more year.

Confident user of MS Office with excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Enjoy working with customers and colleagues, combined with a natural service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Availability for flexible working hours according to the duty roster, including evening shifts until 6:00 p.m.
