Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Hamburg is recruiting a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our Crew Shop at Headquarters & Allermöhe. This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week for a fixed 2-year contract, working closely with the Sales Team to support employees and product categories.

You will handle administrative tasks, create brand presentations and merchandising guidelines, maintain SAP product listings and forecasts, and assist with procurement and assortment planning for branded

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar role
• An open and outgoing personality, combined with a self-driven and organized way of working and a strong team spirit
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of the MS Office Suite and SAP systems

Aufgaben

• Serving as the main point of contact for administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparing distribution requests and creating and communicating brand presentations, merchandising guidelines, image catalogs, and POSM overviews in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Keeping the shops' advertising space plans up to date
• Managing the listing of components and products in SAP, maintaining disposition parameters, and uploading forecasts and additional quantities into the system
• Supporting the procurement and assortment planning of branded merchandise and regional product ranges, as well as preparing textile allocation plans for the seasonal assortment rollout
