Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Über drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance und Stress Engineering.
• Gute Kenntnisse in numerischen Berechnungen und Programmierung.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Structure Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) Fatigue & Damage Tolerance".

1. Create analysis models, perform static and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance calculations, and prepare reports and studies for aircraft structures across all Airbus programs (A350XWB, A320 Family, and next-generation aircraft programs).
2. Define analysis methods and specifications.
3. Check and approve internally and externally created analysis data and documentation.
4. Review relevant input to design for drawing creation for manufacturing and support other functions (e.g., production, customer support) as needed.
5. Provide technical guidance to subcontractors performing structural analysis work.
6. Apply airworthiness regulations, design principles, processes, methods, and manufacturing guidelines for the safe operation of the product concerning structural integrity and operational effectiveness.
7. Define, interpret, and validate structural tests for certification.
8. Create and monitor project plans, performance, and reporting.
9. Collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders (design, project, manufacturing).

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification.
2. Over three years of professional experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance and Stress engineering.
3. Knowledge of numerical calculations (finite element modeling, e.g., Altair Hyperworks) is desirable.
4. Solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) and data analysis is desirable.
5. Proficiency in Catia V5 and Nastran.
6. Knowledge of Google Workspace.
7. Proficiency in German.
