Job description

Tasks

• Production and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies on structural components in accordance with construction documents, production instructions and drawings
• Production of components in compliance with applicable aviation standards
• Preparatory activities, e.g. inspection and sorting of orders and drawings, provision of production equipment and set-up of components and construction sites
• Precise positioning and fixing of components
• Carrying out and documenting the assembly processes of components and assemblies
• Surface protection measures, including rivet head application and preservation of sealed seams

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g: Precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, machine fitter, mechanic, mechatronics technician, metalworker, body builder, locksmith (construction / machine fitter), carpenter or in a metalworking profession
• At least two years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and structural assembly
• Proof of qualification in the field of structural mechanics must be available
• Language skills: Proficient German, basic English skills
• High level of concentration to work independently and precisely over long periods of time
• Quality-orientated and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work in 2 to 3 shifts
