Job description
Tasks
Production and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies on structural components in accordance with construction documents, production instructions and drawings
Production of components in compliance with applicable aviation standards
Preparatory activities, e.g. inspection and sorting of orders and drawings, provision of production equipment and set-up of components and construction sites
Precise positioning and fixing of components
Carrying out and documenting the assembly processes of components and assemblies
Surface protection measures, including rivet head application and preservation of sealed seams
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g: Precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, machine fitter, mechanic, mechatronics technician, metalworker, body builder, locksmith (construction / machine fitter), carpenter or in a metalworking profession
At least two years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and structural assembly
Proof of qualification in the field of structural mechanics must be available
Language skills: Proficient German, basic English skills
High level of concentration to work independently and precisely over long periods of time
Quality-orientated and responsible way of working
Willingness to work in 2 to 3 shifts
