Job description
Tasks
Carrying out repair work on outer skin damage in accordance with aviation standards
Preparation of work processes, including inspection and sorting of orders and drawings
Setting up components and construction sites as well as providing and testing production aids
Positioning and fixing components in compliance with technical specifications
Assembly of components and assemblies and complete documentation of the work steps
Creation and processing of complaints (e.g. BA, BB, quality reports)
Follow-up and feedback of complaints to ensure quality standards
Clarification of quality deviations in cooperation with relevant departments
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a metalworking profession with many years of professional experience
Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing / production, mechanics and aviation experience
Proficient German and basic English skills
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
Team player with a high degree of quality awareness and flexibility to work at various construction sites within the work area
