Job summary

MLK GmbH bietet zerstörerische und zerstörungsfreie Festigkeitsprüfungen an Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Fahrzeugkarosserien im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung. Wir arbeiten bereits in der Vorserie für Automobilhersteller und deren Zulieferer und dokumentieren den Qualitätsstand der Verbindungstechniken.

Wir suchen eine technische Fachkraft für das Labor- und Werkstattteam. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Vorbereitungen, Messungen mit Messwerkzeugen wie Schieblehre, Bandsägen und Winkelschleifer sowie

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung bevorzugt im Bereich Festigkeitsprüfung
• Sehr gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten mit Mess- und Trennwerkzeugen
• Eigenständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Schnitt-, Trenn- und Entgratarbeiten an Prüfmustern nach Kundenvorgaben
• Durchführung von Prüfungen (Zerstörung und zerstörungsfrei) an Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Karosserien
• Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt-, Labor- und Messtechnik-Teams
• Vorbereitung von Proben im Labor und Digitalisierung/ Vermessung von Mustern

Job description

MLK GmbH offers destructive and non-destructive strength testing of individual components, assemblies and complete car bodies as part of quality assurance. Already during the pre-series phase, we work for a wide range of automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, positioning ourselves as a reliable and competent partner in series monitoring as well. Using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and testing tools, we document the quality status and the interaction of various joining techniques with regard to strength, quality characteristics, alignment and positioning. In addition to the automotive industry and its suppliers, we are a trusted and competent partner for many other industries.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities:

• Cutting, separating and deburring test specimens from assemblies according to customer specifications (strength testing)
• Additional technical tasks, including:
  • Locating, labeling, separating and sorting joining connections according to customer specifications
  • Customer-specific compression and tensile tests
  • Customer-specific ultrasonic testing
  • Customer-specific adhesive testing on various assemblies
  • Sample preparation in the testing laboratory as well as digitizing and measuring samples
• Close cooperation with the workshop, laboratory and measurement departments

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a strength testing technician
• Confident handling of calipers, angle grinders, band saws, pneumatic chisels, etc.
• Responsible and reliable working style
• Ability to work independently, high level of motivation and team spirit
• Commitment and dedication
