Job summary

Mitsubishi Materials Tools Europe GmbH sucht eine/n Quality Technician (m/w/d) in Wendlingen nahe Stuttgart. Die Position ist zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre. Sie prüfen Werkzeuge gemäß technischen Zeichnungen, bedienen Messmittel und dokumentieren Ergebnisse.

Sie arbeiten an der Standardisierung von Prüfmethoden, unterstützen Ein- und Auslagerungen in der QA-Abteilung und treiben digitale Verbesserungen mit KI voran. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Qualitätsprüfung oder Qualitätsmanagement.
• Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Feinwerkmechanik oder vergleichbarem technischen Bereich.
• Genaue, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details.
• Gute Computerkenntnisse und Lernbereitschaft neuer Systeme.
• Interesse an Digitalisierung, KI und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Prüfungen von Schneidwerkzeugen basierend auf technischen Zeichnungen durchführen.
• Messmittel wie Messschieber, Mikrometer, ZOLLER und KEYENCE bedienen.
• Messprogramme erstellen, ändern und prüfen sowie Inspektionsmethoden standardisieren.
• Prüfergebnisse dokumentieren und Qualitätsakten pflegen.
• Nichtkonformitäten identifizieren melden und Qualitätsthemen untersuchen unterstützen.
• Wareneingang und Warenausgang sowie Routineaufgaben in der QA-Abteilung unterstützen.
• Zur Verbesserung und Digitalisierung der QA-Prozesse beitragen, z. B. mit KI.

To strengthen and expand our long-term success, we are looking for a Quality Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Wendlingen near Stuttgart, at the earliest possible date. Initially offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, geometric and visual inspections of cutting tools based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate measuring equipment, including callipers, micrometers, ZOLLER and KEYENCE measuring systems.
• Create, modify and verify measurement programs and support the standardisation of inspection methods.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records in HighQA and other internal systems.
• Identify and report nonconformities and support investigations into quality issues.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments and routine activities within the QA Department.
• Contribute to the improvement and digitalisation of QA processes using AI and other digital tools.

Your Profile

• At least three years of practical experience in quality inspection, quality management, machining, production engineering or a related function within the manufacturing industry.
• Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, metalworking or a comparable technical field, with a good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances and basic measurement techniques.
• Careful, structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Interest in digitalisation, AI and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in German and English
• Team-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
