Dott in Mannheim is seeking a Street Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse operations and shifts for drivers, mechanics and 3PLs. You will ensure smooth battery and vehicle management and serve as the main contact for drivers and customers.

Fluency in English or German, and willingness to work hands-on, are important for success. Based in Mannheim, you will monitor city performance, report to the site lead, and assist in recruiting new team members.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in logistics, mechanics, warehouse operations, or a similar operational environment.
• Confident team player with the ability to support colleagues, ideally with some first exposure to leading a small team.
• Comfortable working hands-on in daily warehouse tasks when needed.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of shift planning and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

As a Street Operations Supervisor, you support the local operations by organizing shifts, coordinating drivers, and keeping the fleet ready for use.
