We're looking for a highly proactive and analytically driven Strategy & Revenue Operations Manager to join our B2B team within a dynamic growth segment. This is a pivotal Central European role, focused on driving the strategic direction and operational execution for one of our key product segments, while also contributing to the growth and development of others.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for a designated B2B product segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Market & Product Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new product opportunities, market trends, and growth avenues across our product portfolio.
  • Business Model Development: Build and refine scalable business models that support our strategic goals and optimize revenue generation.
  • Sales Strategy Definition: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring targets are met and processes are efficient.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis, leveraging data to uncover insights, assess GTM effectiveness, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, from conception through to implementation, driving collaboration and accountability.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • Experience: Ideally 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, revenue operations, or a similar analytical and strategic role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: An advanced analytical skillset with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proactivity & Initiative: A strong sense of ownership and proactivity, always looking for ways to improve processes, identify opportunities, and drive results independently.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, connecting micro-level details with macro-level business objectives.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
