We are seeking a Strategy & Performance Manager to join our global team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our regional business segments to help develop, execute and track outcomes of strategies and tactics to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set targets, identify performance gaps and suggest action plans to close those gaps. Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Analyze datasets, both large and small, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform segment and account strategies, address market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and drive business growth with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
  • Support Account Managers during the strategic planning process with process support, coaching and subsequent analysis of outcomes
  • Shape and continuously enhance global target setting and performance management processes from headquarter, and work with regional segment leaders to set targets and align key performance indicators (KPIs) for segments and accounts regarding revenue and design wins
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations through dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators, ensuring organizational understanding of KPIs and supporting informed decision-making by business leaders
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and work with cross-functional team to implement action plans to drive gap closure including facilitation of top management performance review meetings
  • Identify and share best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global & regional segment leadership, sales teams and other central functions

Your Profile

As a Strategy & Performance Consultant, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. Furthermore, you keep the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, account manager, business development, or management consulting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and develop insights & solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand the needs of the business
  • Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products/services
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as management consulting and business analysis
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is an advantage
