The Role:

1. Operational Strategy: Help define and manage our courier workforce to support business goals, balancing cost, compliance, and service quality.
2. Operational Efficiency: Shape our approach to scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning to drive productivity and delivery efficiency.
3. Regional Collaboration: Work with teams across EMEA to share insights, align on best practices, and contribute to the development of the regional fleet operations strategy.
4. Process Implementation: Develop and deploy strategic operational workflows that improve day to day efficiency and reliability across our courier network..
5. Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate with commercial, marketplace and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution across all workstreams.
6. Performance Management: Define KPIs, track results, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed insights and operational rigor in collaboration with our fleet account managers.

Your Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in operations strategy, workforce planning, or program management, preferably within staffing environments or fleet planning in the online food delivery industry.
2. Strong analytical and forecasting skills; comfortable working with complex data sets and building models.
3. Proven ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional execution.
4. Track record of designing and scaling operational processes.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders; fluent in English.
